4. Carbon Reduction Targets

To continue our progress towards Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:

By 2030: Reduce total emissions by 50% from baseline (to 8.8 tCO₂e)

By 2040: Reduce emissions by 90% from baseline (to 1.8 tCO₂e)

By 2045: Achieve Net Zero

We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to approximately 10.5 tCO₂e by 2029. Progress against these targets will be reviewed annually.

5. Carbon Reduction Initiatives

Completed and planned environmental management measures include:

Completed Measures (since baseline year):

Transition to 100% renewable electricity providers for office use

Reduction of travel through remote work and digital-first consulting model

Migration of business operations to cloud services with sustainability-focused providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud with carbon neutral policies)

Planned Measures:

Adoption of a formal Carbon Management Policy by 2025

Annual staff carbon literacy training

Introduction of a “Green Travel Policy” encouraging rail over air for domestic travel

Collaboration with suppliers on reducing embodied carbon in digital tools and services

Carbon offsetting for unavoidable emissions (certified Gold Standard)

6. Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance.

It has been approved by the board of directors of Oxbridge Analytics and Consultants Ltd.
